During my time on Koh Tao, I go for a brisk walk every day to stay fit and end the day with a relaxing Thai massage. However, I must admit that nothing compares to the benefits of practicing yoga. On the third day of my stay here, I found a yoga studio and didn't hesitate to walk in.<\/p>\n

The semi-outdoor classroom space, the cozy comfort of cotton yoga mats, and the presence of nearby flowers and trees filled me with anticipation for what lay ahead. Sarah from Canada started our Ashtanga practice, and in the middle of the class, two dogs just casually joined in. They would sometimes stretch into a downward-facing dog pose, and at other times, simply close their eyes for a nice nap. With these adorable classmates by our side, we exchanged smiles and continued the slow journey of maintaining our focus.<\/p>\n
