During my travels in Argentina, I found myself indulging in barbecue at every meal. The masterfully prepared premium sirloin at Don Julio took me by surprise with its excellence!<\/p>\n

\u25e6 How difficult is it to make a reservation?<\/span><\/h6>\n

When I planned my trip to Buenos Aires, I made it a priority to dine at Don Julio, which is known as one of the top 50 restaurants in Latin America. However, upon checking the online reservations, I found that they were fully booked for the next five months for both lunch and dinner. Still, I didn't give up and continued to check the website every couple of days. Luckily, just a few days before my trip, my persistence was rewarded when I managed to secure a reservation thanks to someone else's cancellation.<\/p>\n

\u25e6 Recommendation: The Sirloin Steak<\/span><\/h6>\n

For this meal, I skipped breakfast without a second thought.<\/p>\n

Stepping inside the restaurant, my gaze was immediately drawn to the roaring flames of the grill. I ordered a butterfly cut, a style rarely seen in Taiwanese steakhouses, where the steak is split horizontally in the middle and then grilled over high heat. It was delicious beyond words!<\/p>\n

It took me three hours to fully savor two pieces of sirloin. Even though I was already full, the lemon ice cream, made with a generous amount of lemons, instantly refreshed me. The impactful and memorable dishes and desserts at Don Julio shape my overall impression of the restaurant.<\/p>\n
