During the four-day, three-night trek in Torres del Paine National Park, I was able to secure a cabin for the first night, while the remaining two nights were spent in a tent at the campsite. As someone who had never set up a tent before, I was worried about how I would set it up on my own before the trip. However, upon arrival, I realized that I had been overthinking it because the campsite tents had already been set up!<\/p>\n

\u25e6 Accommodation and Dining Reservations<\/span><\/h6>\n

Due to the high demand for accommodation, particularly for treks lasting more than one day, it is strongly recommended to book cabins or tents based on your planned duration at least three months in advance. Failure to arrange accommodation in advance may result in being denied entry at the park entrance.<\/p>\n

To avoid having to carry food throughout the journey, I chose the Full Board option when booking the tent. This decision was a great one! Throughout the trip, in addition to the breathtaking landscapes, what I looked forward to the most were the meals. The hot and delicious dishes, along with the comfortable seating arrangements, facilitated effortless interactions with travelers from around the world. I even made friends during dinner, and later we explored Punta Arenas together.<\/p>\n

Staying by the riverside for two nights, I could hear the clear sound of flowing water during the nights, allowing me sleep very well. The sleeping bag I rented from the campsite was exceptionally warm, making it a challenge to muster the courage to get out of bed each morning, especially in the damp and chilly temperatures.<\/p>\n
