Over generations, the Guo family refined their unique techniques, cementing Hsinchu\u2019s reputation as the home of high-quality rice vermicelli. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it was the Tianhou Temple, dedicated to Mazu. Built in 1825, Xiangshan Tianhou Temple boasts a history of 200 years. It is home to a rare \"flexible-body\" Mazu statue, making it a significant religious center in the Xiangshan area.<\/p>\n
