My twelve-day trip to Vietnam is coming to an end, and this is the third time I've traveled without a suitcase. After trying it in Spain two years ago, I couldn't go back to using a suitcase. Not only do I not have to worry about whether the suitcase can handle the local roads, but I can also pack quickly in a short time. It's a travel style that can be quite addictive!

Column | The Woman Who Has Never Left Her Hometown Made Me Begin to Ponder Why People Seek Adventure
My friend and I arrived at Sapa, Vietnam, at an altitude of 1650 meters, where the temperature was only 6 degrees Celsius, but it felt quite comfortable. Our local guide, a mother of two children, took us through several small towns. She spoke fluent English but had never received any formal education. She learned everything from tourists since she started working as a guide at the age of thirteen. What truly surprised me was that she had always lived in Sapa and had never been to Hanoi.
Thanks to my experience with aerobic boxing at the gym, I became curious about Thai boxing. Many of the fundamental techniques in aerobic boxing are derived from Thai boxing. With a little practice, you can experience the practicality and strength of this martial art. While I was in Chiang Mai, I found out there was a Thai boxing class not far from my guesthouse. Without any hesitation, I immediately enrolled for a class the following day.
For Taiwanese people who have grown up seeing numerous night markets, it's not easy to pique our interest in visiting night markets every night. However, Chiang Mai's night market is different. With its strong northern Thai charm, diverse and delicious street food, and unique handmade crafts, has the magical appeal that makes I want to visit again and again!
The UK's Daily Mail previously selected the "Top 10 Most Dangerous Travel Destinations for Women," and Thailand made the list due to the tragic murder of a British couple on Koh Tao last year by foreigners. This incident elevated Thailand's danger ranking to fourth place, surpassing even Egypt, Colombia, and Mexico.
During my time on Koh Tao, I go for a brisk walk every day to stay fit and end the day with a relaxing Thai massage. However, I must admit that nothing compares to the benefits of practicing yoga. On the third day of my stay here, I found a yoga studio and didn't hesitate to walk in.
