I'm not good at eating crabs and have never been particularly interested in crab dishes. However, after hearing about the Ministry of Crab in Colombo, which has been featured multiple times in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, I became curious about this restaurant!

After arriving in Malaysia, I went into "super eater" mode. I started eating five meals a day, including snacks and desserts in between. Especially, The Indian Accent in New Delhi held the title of the number one restaurant in India on TripAdvisor for four consecutive years from 2014 to 2017. As a food lover, it is definitely a place worth visiting!
I really love curry, so I decided to take a cooking class in India to learn more about the spices. I ended up at a renowned cooking school called Saffron Palate in New Delhi. Even before I stepped into the kitchen, the garden filled with aromatic spice plants already relaxed me.
In Russia, caviar is everywhere, from supermarkets and restaurants to specialty stores. Initially, I purchased some affordable canned salmon caviar from a supermarket. Upon opening the can, I was hit by an intense fishy odor that was so strong it almost deterred me from tasting it. Eating it with some bread, I couldn't help but wonder if this daunting caviar was really the famous delicacy everyone talks about.
