Far away from the never-ending honking horns of Hanoi, where crossing the road felt like a life-or-death gamble, my friend and I arrived in the beautiful paradise of Hạ Long Bay.
During the two-day, one-night cruise trip, we not only had the opportunity to marvel at the stacked limestone islands but also indulged in a seafood feast and savored a barbecue dinner inside limestone caves. These experiences left my friend and me pleasantly surprised. However, nothing could compare to the deep, peaceful sleep we enjoyed while listening to the gentle splashes of water. It had been such a long time since I had woken up feeling so refreshed!
