Fleeing Tokyo DisneySea within half a day, my friend who came with me was really unlucky.
First and foremost, it was the queues that tested my patience. The popular attractions of this globally renowned amusement park were like elusive dream lovers, not easily won over. Two hours into the park and we haven't experienced a single ride or performance. Progress only amounted to obtaining fast passes for the popular rides and standing in line amidst the classic show "Big Band Beat: A Special Treat." The visitors ahead truly impressed me. They seemed to have come for this show, willingly enduring the wait from 8:30 to 12:20 when the performance finally commenced.
The final straw that shattered my sanity was the 9-degree chill and the miserable downpour. Observing people laughing heartily in the biting wind, I realized that I was completely indifferent to Tokyo DisneySea.
After watching the show, I briefly started liking Mickey and Minnie. But as soon as we stepped outside, that spark faded quickly, so I timidly suggested to my friend that maybe we should split up and do our own interests.
I don't think I'll ever set foot in Tokyo DisneySea again, and I definitely won't drag anyone else into that mess either.
