While wandering around the city, I unexpectedly found a shoe store that had a long line of people waiting outside. Every time the door opened, I would peek inside and see that it was packed with customers! Interestingly, whenever the door opened, someone would leave, carrying numerous bags of shoes, as if they were free.
In Spain, espadrilles are everywhere, but what makes this store stand out? After a quick online search, I discovered that Casa Hernanz is renowned for its exceptional quality in Madrid.
The next morning, I arrived at the store before it opened. Even at this early breakfast time, there was already a line of people waiting, and I had to wait for half an hour to get in.
As soon as I stepped inside, the beautiful array of colors instantly lifted my mood. For someone who struggles with decision-making, the temptation to purchase everything in the store would likely be overwhelming! After selecting a few styles, I realized that the staff didn't speak English. But no worries, we communicated through gestures, a universal language that we are all pretty good at. It was finally my turn to walk out with several bags of shoes.
