臺中

前陣子到臺中出差，入住的旅館剛好就在西區。
早上起床，會先到附近的市民廣場快走，工作告一段落，需要喘口氣時，就到國美館看看展覽，逛逛勤美誠品綠園道。
來臺中這麼多次，如果要選一個地方住下來，那我肯定會選這一區。

I remember that when I was graduating from high school and preparing for university entrance exams, a close friend made a special trip to Taichung to take a local train—just to collect a commemorative ticket that read “Zhuifen–Chenggong” (which sounds like “pursuing success” in Chinese) and wish me good luck.

From April to May each year, white tung blossoms light up treetops across Taiwan, creating a picturesque scene known as "May Snow." In mountain areas where ecological restoration has been successful, visitors can also enjoy the enchanting spectacle of fireflies dancing in the night. With its rich network of forest trails and diverse ecological landscapes, Dongshi Forest Garden is my top choice in Taichung for flower viewing and firefly watching.

位於臺中東南方的太平，是臺中面積第二大的行政區，區內大部分為丘陵和山地，海拔範圍從 60 公尺到 1200 公尺不等，這樣的地形使得太平擁有豐富的生態環境，也讓人們有更多機會可以親近大自然。
