相對於發心道場德島，高知被稱為「修行道場」不是沒有道理的。
實際走下來，高知是最考驗我心志的地方。
四國遍路是一條全長約 1200 公里的朝聖之路，由 88 座寺院構成，這些寺院與日本平安時代的高僧—空海（弘法大師）有著深厚的淵源。
這條朝聖之路橫跨四個縣：德島、高知、愛媛和香川。
在今年四月到五月，我用了 45 天的時間，走完全長約 1200 公里的四國遍路朝聖之路。

When I visited Chitwan National Park, I had the chance to see many rare Indian rhinoceros! In the early morning, I went on a jungle walk, and in the afternoon, I went on a jeep safari. All day long, my senses were on high alert, spotting many exotic animals and birds!
Kathmandu is located in the center of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, near the border of Nepal and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The high altitude attracts many climbers, while its historic palaces, temples, and mysterious religious aspects draw others.
